Key Responsibilities
🧩 Backend Development & System Design (NestJS)
Design and develop scalable backend systems using NestJS (Node.js)
Participate in system design, architecture planning, and technical decisions
Build secure, well-structured RESTful APIs
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
🎨 Frontend Development
Develop and integrate frontend interfaces using React / Next.js / Angular
Build reusable, maintainable UI components following modern standards
🗄 Database & Performance Optimization
Design and optimize SQL / NoSQL database schemas
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
🤝 Collaboration & Code Quality
Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation
Support deployment, monitoring, and production readiness
Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js)
Proficiency in TypeScript
Full Stack development experience (Backend + Frontend)
Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
Frontend experience with React / Next.js / Angular
Strong understanding of API integration and security best practices
Experience in Healthcare / HMS / HealthTech platforms
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Exposure to microservices architecture and performance optimization
Familiarity with healthcare standards (FHIR / HL7 – optional)
