UI/UX & Figma Designer

Experience Required: 2+ Years (Flexible for strong portfolios)
Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create innovative UI concepts aligned with product goals and user needs
Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Maintain and enhance design systems, UI components, and style guides
Understand user behavior and apply UX best practices
Conduct usability analysis and iterate designs based on feedback
Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility
Support design implementation through review and feedback
Strong experience in UI/UX design
Advanced hands-on experience with Figma
Strong visual design skills (color, typography, layout, spacing)
Experience designing web and mobile applications
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
Experience working with developers and product teams
Creative thinking and innovation-driven design approach
Experience with interactive prototyping & micro-interactions
Familiarity with UX research methods
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG – preferred)
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React – bonus)
Ability to improve products through design thinking
Figma (Mandatory)
Adobe XD / Sketch (Optional)
FigJam, Miro, or similar collaboration tools
Design system & prototyping tools
2+ years of UI/UX or product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing real projects is mandatory
Practical experience preferred over certifications
